Chellis and I decided we needed to take our kids out on a date.It had been a while. There was one place we had been wanting to take them before they outgrew it. Build A Bear.
On our way there, I had the most assuring experience.
The sun way setting in front of us. Chellis was looking out the window peacefully. The kids were singing merrily in unison in the back. And I was soaking it all up.
It was so simple but in that moment I remembered something I was told when I was younger that I loved to dream about:
"You will experience heaven on earth..."
And in that simple, silly little moment, with Justin Bieber playing in the background, I smiled because I realized I was indeed living that promise.

that is very sweet :) i cant wait to have that..maybe in another 3-4 years! and i worked at build a bear for 5 years..so embarrassing!
